Ingredients 

• 1 pound Kentucky Cattlemen's Ground Beef 
• 1 cup milk
  
• 1 cup chopped onion                   
  
• ½ cup Bisquick baking mix
  
• ½ teaspoon salt                               
  
• 2 eggs
  
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese       
  
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
   
2. Cook ground beef and onion, drain.  Stir in salt and add Worcestershire sauce.
   
3. Spread beef mixture into a greased, 9 inch pie plate.  Sprinkle with cheese. Stir remaining ingredients with fork until blended, then pour into pie plate. 
   
4. Bake 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.  Tip: place a cookie sheet under pie pan in case of over-flow.
