1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain grease well and return the beef to the skillet.
2. Stir in the diced tomatoes, ketchup, BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, green pepper, and jalapenos (if desired).
3. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
4. Served hot over prepared Texas toast or on a hamburger bun.
